After-School Program

The Boys & Girls Club of Garfield is a State of New Jersey Licensed After Care Facility for school age children. We are licensed by the Bureau of Licensing, Division of Youth and Family Services and comply with all applicable provisions of the Manual of Requirements for Child Care Centers.

We believe that children are our most valued resource and an integral part of our community and our future. The Club serves as safe haven for youth to come after school where they build long lasting relationships with staff, meet friends, play games, read, study, develop their creative minds and relax.

To help youth reach their full potential as caring, productive and responsible citizens the Boys and Girls Club focuses on:

• Academic Success
  High yield learning opportunities including Power Hour and Goals for Graduation is offered to all age groups.
• Character and Leadership
  Keystone Club, Torch Club and Youth of the Year program help build character and citizenship in youth.
• Healthy Lifestyles
  Triple Play, a program for the mind, body and soul is offered throughout the Club. Healthy Habits and Smart Moves are two additional programs to improve healthy lifestyles in our youth.

$25  each additional child from the same household

After School Program (MONTHLY FEE)

$150 1st Child

$140  each additional child from the same household

Club will be open Monday - Friday  9am - 7pm for After School Program Signups..  Please call 973 478-7662 and speak with the front desk for further information.
